Day 1

Standard

Well as much as I wanted to be a slacker and do nothing I went to the gym. Well I did about an hour at the gym a quick upper body workout then I biked. I have been working on pull ups and a flexed arm hang. I did run today as well but only a mile. The weather here today was terrible so I ran on the treadmill which makes my knee hurt so I only did a mile.
On another note my recruiter called me today and before the end of the week I have to go do a PFT which for those who don’t no includes: flexed arm hang, crunches, and a three mile run.
Flexed arm hang max is 70 sec. minimum is 15 sec
Crunches max 100 in two minutes minimum is 44 in two minutes
Run minimum is 3 miles in 31 minutes perfect is 3 miles in 21 minutes.
I will let you know what my score is even though I don’t think it will be that good.
