Third day….

Well I ran today.  I ran on the treadmill so I could push my pace which is something I have been working on. I am about to up my weight on assisted pull-ups, I have been doing weight pounds.  Also I did the most crunches in my two minutes time limit that I have ever done 83.

Goals

Well I am setting a new goal for myself, and since I don’t have anyone to do it with me I will make myself post daily. We PCS in 52 days so I want to run at least a mile and workout at least 30 minutes everyday until then. Two side goals are to loose five pounds and get my three mile time down to 29:45. So, updates to come!
